To “help establish a sustainable society and environment where people can live with peace of mind,” as stated in our corporate philosophy, and to meet changing needs, the Company made investments in the growth of each business and expanded its horizons by achieving the evolution of the Construction Project Consultancy Business and New Businesses options for three years from FY2023 to FY2025, which was positioned as a period to build the foundation for becoming a company with overall capabilities under Medium-Term Management Plan 2024. In the year 2023, the Company developed Medium-Term Management Plan 2024 as a plan for a period for transforming into a company with overall capabilities. Consolidated net sales, operating income, and ROE targets for FY2023, the final year of the plan, are 5 million rupees, respectively.
